I just wanted to send an email about our Warman Homes cabin RTM purchase & experience with Bryce.

From our initial contact with Bryce, who came to us as a referral from another Warman RTM cabin purchaser and our neighbor at the lake, through the various meetings; questions; emails back & forth; we were very pleased with both Bryce’s patience and his knowledge of the, well, whole experience for us. 

He was gracious in his meetings and time with us. Sincere. Very gently guided us along in the process, and kept us on track. He was always available for questions – always many questions, lol – and always answered quickly & politely. 

We are very pleased with our relationship with Bryce & with Warman Homes, and would not hesitate to recommend him.

Just wanted to drop you a note to say thank you for all your help with the purchase of 505 Snead Lane. The final walk-through was great and they totally appreciated the welcome basket. It was a pleasure dealing with you and Warman Homes. I will definitely steer any business I can your way.

Sandie and I wish to take a moment to Thank you Very Much for your recommendation and resolution thereof in respect to replacing the warped vinyl siding with Sagi-wall siding.  After reviewing the specification of the Sagi-wall siding, we are confident that the new siding will withstand the sun reflection off the main picture window. We can't deny that we were skeptical in how it would look but after installation Sandie indicated that the front of the garage now flows with the side towards the main entrance.

You and your staff without a doubt made us both Warman Homes believers and advocates.

I know that there were deficiencies which is not uncommon and nothing to be concerned about because your guys fixed them immediately. Now I look back and realize how lucky we are to have been associated with you and your staff.

Coincidentally Colin started with Warman Homes the same month we relocated to Saskatchewan. With Manitoba Hydro I have been responsible for various tasks and one was competency based hiring. Colin not only has the skills and attributes for the position but the personality. Without knowing Colin`s workload, I can reassure that Colin is capable at multitasking plus takes the time to listen to those in need. I could see Colin telling his employees not to let yesterday take up too much of today`s events. Hopefully the upper echelons see how lucky they are to have an employee who promotes the Companies vision & Customer Services Principles..

Kenny we know that you had to make the final decision on certain issues.  Sandie and I both thank you very much for putting a smile on her face by having the siding replaced, I can not thank you enough.

You all have been a blessing and once again Thank you so very much. I would be more than happy to promote Warman Homes.

What can I say, Warman Homes has integrity and beyond. Their staff is awesome and they do what they promise to do. I have nothing but respect for Jared Shaw and his team. Would recommend Warman Homes to my friends, and I have.

I just wanted to let you know how pleased we’ve been to have John at our house this week. We continue to be amazed at John’s attention to detail, quality of workmanship, skill and experience, and on top of that he is a kind, warm and friendly person that our daughter has really taken to forming a connection with. He is an excellent communicator as well. Warman Homes is very lucky to have him as a representative of their company.

I recently contacted Warman Homes for a quote to remove and replace laminate flooring in my basement, following a less than ideal insurance claim. My experience with the team at Warman Homes was beyond exceptional! When I first contacted Marc and relayed my situation, it was clear that they were empathetic to my situation – acting quickly and providing me a quote within 48hours. Upon approval of the quote – which was more than reasonable – Warman Homes issued a contractor within days to get to work on my basement. The contractor did an immaculate job on our basement, finishing better than it was before, while leaving it clean and livable. Rounding off this wonderful experience was the final interaction I had with Brian, who provided some additional service on the finishing’s in my basement, along with some recommendations for future work. I would certainly recommend the team ant Warman Homes for any renovation project!

Hi Marc, Kohltech has already been by to fix the problem.  Everything was amazing from Warman to Kohltech to Gold Leaf.  I would recommend you guys to anyone who will listen to me, I already have. Thank you very much for all of your help with this.  This was my 3rd round of window installs and it blew the other two rounds away.

We are very pleased with all the work done by Warman homes employees and contracted employees. We had valuable help when choosing what projects to do, what materials to choose and help with making last minute decisions. There was frequent contact about what would be done each day. They were on time and on budget and did not sign off the work until they were satisfied it done completely and well. I will contact them again for future projects.

I was nervous as a single woman to not be taken seriously or respected but from the moment I met Bryce I felt comfortable and heard. He was always available to me, answered all my questions, always considered my budget, and met all my expectations. I had a house fire so it wasn’t my choice to purchase a new home but I’m absolutely thrilled with my home and completely satisfied with Bryce’s service and Warman Homes’ product. I have and will continue to recommend Warman Homes and Bryce to anyone who asks who built my home. It all sounds too perfect but my experience was really smooth and fantastic from start to finish!
