I recently contacted Warman Homes for a quote to remove and replace laminate flooring in my basement, following a less than ideal insurance claim. Upon approval of the quote – which was more than reasonable – Warman Homes issued a contractor within days to get to work on my basement. The contractor did an immaculate job on our basement, finishing better than it was before, while leaving it clean and livable. Rounding off this wonderful experience was the final interaction I had with Brian, who provided some additional service on the finishing’s in my basement, along with some recommendations for future work. Hi Marc, Kohltech has already been by to fix the problem. Everything was amazing from Warman to Kohltech to Gold Leaf. I would recommend you guys to anyone who will listen to me, I already have.
