Warman homes Team

Rod has been with Warman Homes since 2003, and in his time here he has worn many hats. He started as yard assistant for RTM Construction manager, and has moved up the ladder several times. He currently shares the position of Operations Manager, and he also manages all of the construction superintendents. Rod has a lot of construction and building code knowledge and he is the guy everyone goes to for answers, as he can answer any construction question you may have. In his spare time he spends a lot of time with his family at their cabin at the lake.

Kenny has been with our company for over 25 years, he has worked his way through a number of positions and divisions. Kenny has found himself a good fit as Operations Manager of Warman Homes due to his firm belief in hard work, honesty and dedication.  He also believes that the reason he has continued to be a part of the Warman Homes team is due to his shared belief that customer service is the number one priority.

Courtenay started with Warman Homes in 2004 as a drafting technician, directly after receiving her diploma in Architectural Engineering Technology. In 2006 she moved into the sales department, and has been Sales Manager since early 2016. Courtenay is very passionate about residential construction, and she loves working with customers to make their dream home a reality. Her experience with drafting and interior design enable her to give great advice when working with and modifying floor plans to suit a customer’s needs. She is also very knowledgable at choosing products and colors to suit customer’s wants. Courtenay grew up in ‘small town’ Saskatchewan, and her husband Tyler, and their two young sons, live in Warman in their very own Warman Homes home and truly enjoy the ‘small town’ city life!

Bryce has been with Warman Homes since 2009 and over the years has helped many customers build their dream home. He has many years of experience in the customer service and construction industry and is proud to have grown up in small-town Saskatchewan. He, his wife Chanda, and their 2 children, call Warman home (they have lived in 2 Warman Homes homes) and really enjoy what this small city offers. He is an avid sportsman and spends his free time watching and playing many sports including hockey and football (Go Riders!).

Taude has worked in the construction, customer service, and sales industry for 24 years. Taude has worked for a few different places - selling windows and various building products, which make him an asset to sales because he already knows the products inside and out. Selling homes is his dream job because he has a rich passion for helping people create their dream home. Taude is very motivated to help customers on their time, working evenings and weekends, or whatever is required to give his customers what they are looking for. He is here for YOU! He also has three adult children and two grandchildren. When he is not helping you build your dream home, he can be found at the rink, hopefully watching the Oilers win!

Ryan has been with the Warman Homes team for 3 years. He has an extensive construction background in Framing, Renovations and Drafting. He uses this skill set to push construction boundaries giving a truly custom experience to customers building their Dream Home! Ryan was born and raised in Saskatoon, where he still lives with his wife Melissa and children. When he’s not in the Office Ryan can be found tinkering in the garage, working on a construction project or helping friends and family with theirs.

Charity came to Warman Homes as an Architectural Technologist in 2006. Her passion for residential design and strong work ethic has earned her the promotion to Drafting Manager where she takes great pride in ensuring clients get a home plan that suits them best. Charity and her family moved to Warman for the small town atmosphere and haven’t looked back since. They live in their very own custom designed Warman Homes home and love every inch of it!

Jeff has been in the Residential and Commerical Building, and the Renovation and Design industries for 30 years. In 2003 he became part of the Warman Homes drafting team, and has also been part of the Site building Homes team. Jeff is a loyal employee who has worn a few 'hats' throughout the years, helping out where help is needed, which is much appreciated and respected. Jeff, and his wife Cindy, and their 3 children have lived in Warman since 2003. The kids are now through high school and are working towards their own careers; one is an electrican, one is a plumber and the youngest is striving to be a doctor.  Warman has provided a community and an employer that the Andersons are grateful to be a part of.

Ember graduated from the Architectural & Building Technologies program in 2000. She spent 12 years working in the commercial sector for an Architecture firm in Saskatoon before making a move to Warman Homes in 2013 to try her hand in residential design. Ember & her husband enjoy living in a smaller center where there is a strong sense of community – they love their Warman Homes home! They keep busy with their two young children, both of whom are following quickly in her footsteps of playing, and loving, sports.

Meshalin has over 14 years of experience working in the Construction Industry in Jamaica.  She worked in the Public Sector as a Building Official where she specialized mainly in Residential & Commercial Building Construction. She describes drafting as her passion and thrives to propel the remainder of her career in that direction. Meshalin and her family recently made the big move to Canada but already feel at home. So far, she describes every weekend as an adventure and loves being on the Warman Homes Team.

Mike had previously worked for Warman Homes as an electrical contractor for five years, earning his Journeyman - Red Seal ticket. After running his own contracting/electrical business for the last three years, he decided to slow things down, and spend more time with his growing family by taking a job with Warman Homes. Mike and his wife Ashley love spending their summers outdoors, with their two children, and getting to the lake when they can, and also enjoy getting away to a hot climate in the winter time.

Lance became part of the Warman Homes Purchasing Team in 2021, after previously spending 14 1/2 years in the drafting department. Lance & his wife, Melissa, spend most of their time at the rink as dedicated hockey parents and are loving every minute of it. When Lance is not at the rink, you can bet he is enjoying a game of football or hockey on TV, or is on his way to the lake.

Eric has over 13 years experience working in residential renovations and is a Journeyman carpenter specializing in interior finishing. He believes in delivering an excellent finished product to customers from start to finish and is looking forward to working as part of the Warman Homes service team. After running his own renovation company for the past four years, he was looking for a change of pace in order to spend more time with his family. Eric enjoys playing golf, fishing, and spending time at the lake with his wife Mandy and two sons.

Noah has been in Residential, Commerical, and Industrial Construction industries for a number of years. He brings a lot of construction experience with him, and as well has worked as a building operator. He also has a very strong automotive and mechanical background. He has a meticulous eye for detail and shows great pride in customer care and quality workmanship. Noah loves to spend time with his family in his spare time.

Dave has over 25 years of experience in various different areas of construction. Before joining the team at Warman homes Dave operated his own construction company for 14 years. Dave strives to work hard and to please every customer with a job well done. In his time off, Dave enjoys fishing, camping and spending time with his wife and 3 daughters.

Tomson has over a decade of experience working in various residential, commercial and landscape construction roles. He has 3 years of a digital media degree along with a diploma in horticulture from Vancouver Island University. Tomson has experience contracting for many home builders in Saskatoon area, texturing ceilings, wiring residential homes/townhomes and doing some commercial building maintenance. He really enjoys community building in Saskatchewan with the Warman Homes team and strives to provide the best customer service possible. When he’s not at work he can be found in a garden or with his spouse Emma, and Daughter Clover.

Jason has been working in construction for 13 years. He started off in a small family-run construction company as an assistant. He’s worked his way through all types of construction including RTM’s, disaster repairs, rebuilding and all things in between. In Jason’s free time he likes to relax and spend time with his wife and daughter, travel, cook, watch hockey and he also enjoys building Lego with his daughter. He just can’t get enough construction!

Colin started at Warman Homes in 2017, and we are very excited to have him join our team as our new Service Manager. Colin is a Journeyman Electrician and has 15 years of experience in the residential construction industry. From his various jobs, Colin has gained a vast range of knowledge which will serve as an asset for him as he assists our customers with their service requests. He is a firm believer that great customer service should be at the forefront of any business, and he plans to work hard to provide a great experience for all Warman Homes customers, so that in turn they have an easy transition into their new homes. He and wife Karla, and daughter Macey live in the country, just east of Osler, where they love to spend time with each other. Mostly, they enjoy spending time outdoors working in their yard or at the lake.

Brian started with Warman Homes in 2017 as the Supervisor in the Renovation division. Brian brings with him many years’ experience in the renovation and construction industry. Brian grew up in the area and has lived in Warman since 2000 with his wife and 4 children. He enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his children and granddaughter.

Lilly is new to sales in our Renovation Department.  Coming to Warman Homes in 2021, her background is design.  In running her own business as a design consultant, she has helped many clients choose the colors and finishes for their new build or renovation.  This will be an asset in helping renovation clients with their needs.  Lilly and her husband Brad live on an acreage near Hague and love spending time with their 4 children and 2 grandsons.  Her favorite pastimes include quilting, camping, and travelling.

Lawrence grew up in the Warman area, but moved to Northern B,C. And was there for about 8-10yrs. He has been in residential construction industry since 2008, where he ran his own drywall, renovation company for 13yrs. He started working for Warman Homes in the service department, and has since moved onto the Renovation Team. Lawrence lives in Warman with his wife, and 2 adult daughters. After work hours he is known to have a few projects on the go in the shop, or back yard. Car shows and motorsports events are a few things that he enjoys during his free time.
