At Warman Homes, we've built a reputation on our high level of quality control through every step of the process, from sales to construction to after sales service.
Rod has been with Warman Homes since 2003, and in his time here he has worn many hats. He started as yard assistant for RTM Construction manager, and has moved up the ladder several times. He currently shares the position of Operations Manager, and he also manages all of the construction superintendents. Rod has a lot of construction and building code knowledge and he is the guy everyone goes to for answers, as he can answer any construction question you may have. In his spare time he spends a lot of time with his family at their cabin at the lake.
Kenny has been with our company for over 19 years, he has worked his way through a number of positions and divisions. Kenny has found himself a good fit as Operations Manager of Warman Homes due to his firm belief in hard work, honesty and dedication. He also believes that the reason he has continued to be a part of the Warman Homes team is due to his shared belief that customer service is the number one priority.
Courtenay started with Warman Homes in 2004 as a drafting technician, directly after receiving her diploma in Architectural Engineering Technology. In 2006 she moved into the sales department, and has been Sales Manager since early 2016. Courtenay is very passionate about residential construction, and she loves working with customers to make their dream home a reality. Her experience with drafting and interior design enable her to give great advice when working with and modifying floor plans to suit a customer’s needs. She is also very knowledgable at choosing products and colors to suit customer’s wants. Courtenay grew up in ‘small town’ Saskatchewan, and her husband Tyler, and their young son Kasey, live in Warman in their very own Warman Homes home and truly enjoy the ‘small town’ city life!
Ken has been with Warman Homes since 2004. For many years Ken led our team as the Sales Manager, until recently when he decided to step back and focus less on paperwork and more on working directly with customers. He has many years of experience in the service industry, and is known for his superior attention to detail and professionalism. Ken lives with his wife, Donna, in Warman. They have 3 children and 5 grandchildren. His hobbies include golfing, spending time with his family, and watching hockey and football.
Bryce has been with Warman Homes since 2009 and over the years has helped many customers build their dream home. He has many years of experience in the customer service and construction industry and is proud to have grown up in small-town Saskatchewan. He, his wife Chanda, and their young son Linden, call Warman home (they have lived in 2 Warman Homes homes) and really enjoy what this small city offers. He is an avid sportsman and spends his free time watching and playing many sports including hockey and football (Go Riders!).
Kelsie joined our Sales Team in 2016 from our ‘Warman Cabinets’ division. She is originally from Kelowna, BC. with a diploma in CAD Design from Grant MacEwan in Edmonton, AB. She began her career directly out of university in Bermuda where she discovered her passion for design in the construction industry. She’s been nourishing that passion for 8 years in a variety of markets from Boston to Kelowna and now here in beautiful Saskatchewan where she lives with her husband on a grain farm in Hague.
Charity came to Warman Homes as an Architectural Technologist in 2006. Her passion for residential design and strong work ethic has earned her the promotion to Drafting Manager where she takes great pride in ensuring clients get a home plan that suits them best. Charity and her family moved to Warman for the small town atmosphere and haven’t looked back since. They live in their very own custom designed Warman Homes home and love every inch of it!
Lance became part of the Warman Homes Drafting team in 2007 and enjoys his work designing custom homes. Lance & his wife, Melissa (who also live in a Warman Homes home), spend most of their time at the rink as dedicated hockey parents and are loving every minute of it. When Lance is not at the rink, you can bet he is enjoying a game of football or baseball on TV, or is on his way to Regina to watch the Riders play.
Ember graduated from the Architectural & Building Technologies program in 2000. She spent 12 years working in the commercial sector for an Architecture firm in Saskatoon before making a move to Warman Homes in 2013 to try her hand in residential design. Ember & her husband enjoy living in a smaller center where there is a strong sense of community – they love their Warman Homes home! They keep busy with their two young children, both of whom are following quickly in her footsteps of playing, and loving, sports.
Cody came to Warman Homes in 2010 after many years in the steel stud construction industry. He decided to make a career change and concentrate on the estimating and purchasing of our RTM and site built homes. He and his wife Andrea purchased a Warman Homes house and were the first people to live in the new Southlands development. When Cody isn’t working you can find him fishing on the many lakes Saskatchewan offers, he also enjoys being outdoors camping and playing many different sports.
Colin started at Warman Homes in 2017, and we are very excited to have him join our team as our new Service Manager. Colin is a Journeyman Electrician and has 15 years of experience in the residential construction industry. From his various jobs, Colin has gained a vast range of knowledge which will serve as an asset for him as he assists our customers with their service requests. He is a firm believer that great customer service should be at the forefront of any business, and he plans to work hard to provide a great experience for all Warman Homes customers, so that in turn they have an easy transition into their new homes. He and wife Karla, and daughter Macey live in the country, just east of Osler, where they love to spend time with each other. Mostly, they enjoy spending time outdoors working in their yard or at the lake.
Wes started with Warman Homes Centre in April 1999, and he worked in the Shipping Department. A few years later he moved into retail sales for Warman Home Centre, selling garage packages, decks, etc. in 2004 Wes transferred to Warman Homes and started working for the Service Department as a Service Technician. Wes and his wife live in Osler with their 3 kids. Wes has a great love for animals, and in his free time he volunteers at the SPCA. He truly loves meeting new customers and giving your home those final touches before you move in!
Arnie has been with Warman Homes since 2007 when he was hire as a Service Technician for our Service Department. He brings with him a strong work ethic and a strong desire to make our customers happy with their house. He firmly believes in the quality that is Warman Homes, and especially in our motto to ‘Build it Like We Own It’! Arnie and his wife Sharon call Hague home, along with their 5 children and 7 grandchildren. Arnie enjoys playing guitar and he has a few different bands that he shares his talents with!
John started with Warman Homes in 2015, as part of the service team. He brings many years of renovating and wood working experience with him to his position at Warman Homes. John is someone that everyone likes, which makes working with customers on the service end a perfect fit for him. His favorite part of his job is working with our customers in their homes, and he considers a job well done when his customers are happy and satisfied with his work. In his spare time he likes spending time with his family, and he likes to run.
Brian started with Warman Homes in 2017 as the Supervisor in the Renovation division. Brian brings with him many years’ experience in the renovation and construction industry. Brian grew up in the area and has lived in Warman since 2000 with his wife and 4 children. He enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his children and granddaughter.
